Whilst not really trying to pose a challenge to a local restaurant, my version of their dish that I had for lunch the other day was pretty bloody good too. Last night I
cooked a pork leg roast and of course had left over pork. Having gone a couple of days without Asian food I decided to make this pork noodle dish for tea. Now the similar dish and inspiration for this one had clear soup with dumplings so wins hands down but the addition of steamed bukchoy leaves, steamed snowpeas and plenty of chilli managed to get me a close second.
