The food Ninja is a self-trained cook that has cooked in the commercial sector off and on for the past 25yrs.
In that time he has been a head chef at a 350 pax wedding and function centre that also had an eighty seat restaurant and 24 room motel.
His love of cooking and food has seen him cook everywhere from commercial kitchens, fishing boat galleys, on fires on beaches and lately on a two burner gas stove aboard the yacht he and his partner and two dogs share while cruising the east coast of Australia.
The purpose of this blog is still a mystery but any opportunity to cook food, photograph food and eat food should never be missed.
