We went shopping this morning and had a good find at the supermarket. They had fresh Tasmanian Rainbow Trout and it was on special for just $17.99. We got two whole fillets for $7.00…bargain. I cooked it all on the Weber Baby Q, our new bbq. We had bbqd corn on the cob, asparagus, brocollini, potato gallettes and it all had a mild smoky flavour, yum. The sauce is just creme fraiche, horseradish cream, with finely chopped lebanese cucumber and chopped capers.
