Tonight we had a really nice tuna and noodle dinner. I bought some nice Tuna steaks and just seasoned them with salt and pepper and pan seared them in coconut oil…YUM. I served them on a bed of Honey Soy Singapore noodles. An excellent light dinner for two. We are slowly progressing from well done to med and Paula now says she is keen try rarer next time so it can only get better. These nice steaks would also make a great ceviche or sashimi.
