Mama Mia its Sooooooo Goooooooood!

?????????????I’m not sure if its my new stone coated pan or I have been possessed by Nona Giuseppe but that was the absolute best Risotto I have ever eaten. I made it with left over smoked chicken from lunch, broadbeans, Swiss brown mushrooms, onion and parsley. Of course there was the standard white wine, garlic, chicken stock and I also threw in a small handful of grated white cheddar DCIM100GOPRO?????????????at the end so…eat, eat, you are too thin, eat!
