Kiwi Pie

DCIM100GOPROWell I haven’t quite resorted to eating my namesake and national bird but this pie was made with New Zealand fish. It is a Hoki and Smoked Cod Fish Pie. I have to say it was bloody excellent, even if I say so myself, Rather than use pastry I just poured the partially cooked filling in the pie dish and topped with sliced cooked potato and sweet potato and a little grated white cheddar and oven baked it for about 25 minutes.
