Sunday Roast, can’t beat it. Actually we only eat roasts now and again, we eat a lot less red meat lately and more fish and chicken. This was a particularly good Topside roast from the supermarket. It was huge and only cost about $12. Cooked to a nice blushing medium with a stack of crispy roast vege, broadbeans and snowpeas in a chilli and ginger oil. Good end to busy week.
