Bangers and Mash eeeemmmmmmmm comfort food…nothing like it. No matter how old I get I never get sick of good bangers and mash. These are just cheapo supermarket sausages but they are made awesome by the way they are cooked. The absolute best way to cook sausages is to bake them. I do mine in a fan forced convection bowl oven ( yes the crazy blinding ones of late night tv ads) this method makes them plump up and cook all over and they end up with a popping crisp skin. Paula made a butterscotch dessert with choc coated strawberries and I forgot it was in the fridge until about 9.30, excellent surprise!
