Scored an absolute bargain at the supermarket. These steaks had been labelled wrong and the steak pictured was just $4. I got a couple of packs but only having a small freezer on the boat I couldn’t exploit it as I would have liked. It was close to two inches thick and nice and lean with a good fat rind for flavour. I served it on pureed Moroccan spiced pumpkin with seared zuchinni, potato curls and an excellent red wine and balsamic reduction.
