In line with the previous post about quick meal options this is a grab meal from the fridge. I had a salad in there and a pack of haloumi cheese and at lunch that day I had bought a cooked pork sausage and didn’t eat it so it was in there too. I sliced the haloumi and the sausage and cooked them individually in a little avocado oil in a hot pan. I also made a sticky sweet soy, mango and ginger sauce to go with it. Probably took about 15mins to prep and cook, too easy!
