Scotch Fillet w/ stirfry veg and tofu

20140304_183459Ever get cravings for veges? I do, and this is the result. I had a nice scotch fillet in the fridge and had just come home from shopping so had a heap of fresh produce. I decided to do a vegetable and tofu stirfry. Quickly pan fried then add some soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chilli then glaze with some corn flour and water.
