Silverside Fritters

20140206_184754As any Kiwi will tell you, once you have had your corned beef for dinner there is only one thing to do with the left over silverside…Silverside Fritters! We had ours for a Sunday brunch but breakfast is fine too. A nice fresh salad from fridge stuff went a treat with the fritters. The fritters were made with the whitebait fritter batter known to all and sundry in the ‘Land of the long white clown’.
