French vs Italian

20131202_18585220131202_185838Bon appetite or bouno appetito. Totally disregarding international borders this pasta is a Bacon Fettucine with mixed French Forest Mushrooms. While I have used fresh fettucine and Australia’s best bacon the star of the dish is the mushrooms. The flavours of the mixed forest mushrooms are fantastic. The earthy taste of the mushrooms with the smoky bacon and garlic cream sauce is to die for.
