Churos

nov2013_86nov2013_89nov2013_88Paula’s first attempt at making Churos. Despite the less than perfect shapes, possibly caused by my help in piping them, they were excellent. I was surprised how light and fluffy the batter becomes when you deep fry it. They are often dipped in chocolate sauce before eating, we had caramel and chocolate. Chilli chocolate sauce would be a treat too.
