There is nothing better than making your OWN sushi. Its fun to do and you can have what ever flavours you like. The trick is knowing when to stop. We ended up having it for dinner one night and lunch the next day because we had so many different ingredients we ended up with a stack of sushi rolls. The combos were, teriyaki chicken with cucumber, carrot and yellow capsicum. Crispy chicken and cucumber, carrot and chilli sauce. Tuna and mayo with avocado. Smoked salmon and avocado, cucumber and mayo and crispy chicken, avocado and cucumber.
