More Pork

oct2013_15No not the owl that makes that peculiar  “Mawpork” call in the still of night…Just more pork! Pork Belly to be more precise. Love it! Golden crunchy crackling and white succulent meat. I made it with fresh mini asparagus in garlic butter, honey soy noodles and spiced white balsamic apple.oct2013_9
