Seafood and Citrus

june2013_3 I had to make this for tea tonight. Its not about the fresh Atlantic Salmon nor the fresh Calamari its all about the sauce. Paula loves this sauce and Salmon but its all about the sauce. It is my Orange and Ginger Sauce and I usually do it with pan seared fish. The citrus kick with the gingers heat make a great combination with seafood.june2013_8
