Seafood Fettuccine Marinara

may2013_35Looking through the freezer for something to make for dinner I came across the other half a bag of Marinara mix from making a seafood cobb loaf the other day. What to make, what to make? Marinara? Yes, I made a Spaghetti Marinara. Oh no I didn’t, I didn’t have any spaghetti so I made a Fettuccine Marinara. I make mine a little different to the classic dish, I add a little cream to to take the edge of the tomato and also added some really nice yellow chilli just to give it a little kick. Throw in a nice crusty baguette and dig in.
