As I’ve covered before I like Pork Belly. Not only for its taste but its actually quite cheap and very versatile. The pork belly used here was only ten dollars and we had it roasted one night and then sliced and battered in home made Sweet and Sour Pork the next. I also use it for roast pork noodles and Korean style pork and cabbage soup and sometimes to make pork wontons, emmmmmmmmmmm wontons. So meals for two for 2 nights for ten dollars that’s a bargain. I made a garlic zuchinni ribbons and tomato side and fresh corn cobs. The sweet and sour is easy and I make mine fairly spicy too so that gives it a kick.
